Which photo is best suited as a template for your LINIA product? What should you consider?

    • high resolution and good exposure of the image
    • the people or animals should be clearly visible and not too far away
    • Front or side photos are best

Can it happen that my uploaded photo does not meet the requirements?

Yes, but don't worry! In this case we will contact you and find a solution.

Which frame size is best for my LINIA stick

We basically offer three frame sizes. Please note that the exact size of the LINIA stick is always slightly smaller than the embroidery hoop itself:

    • 30x20 cm (is particularly suitable for photos with more than 3 people)
    • 18x13 cm (ideal for pictures with up to 4 people)
    • 10x10 cm (perfect for embroidery on our tops for up to 2-3 people. These are about the size of breast pockets)

Are animals also suitable for a LINIA product?

Yes of course! We also draw your pet/favorite animal and turn it into a beautiful stick.

Which photos do you not accept at all?

Please understand that we do not accept the following templates for legal and moral reasons:
    • Depictions of violence, crime or sexual activity
    • Images that are subject to copyright (e.g. comic characters) or violate the trademark rights of others (logos of other brands)
How long will it take to receive my LINIA product?
 
If you have only ordered the digital version of your LINIA portrait, we will email you the files (.png and .jpeg) within 5-7 working days.
For all other products, there is an additional delivery time of up to 7 days. Of course, we always try to process your order quickly.


Can objects also be embroidered?

Yes, if they are important to the overall picture (e.g. a child on a swing, . If there are objects in the background, they are not used for the stick template. (e.g.: house in the background)

How many people/animals can be depicted?

We currently offer regular 1-3 people/animals. If more than 4 people/animals are shown, we recommend the largest frame size

Where are LINIA products produced?

The production of your embroidery pattern and the LINIA stick is 100% made in Germany. We produce all textiles (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) exclusively in Turkey. We are in close contact with the production company. This enables us to guarantee that all products are manufactured under fair conditions.

What if I don't like the embroidery pattern?

You can use our numerous sample images to get an impression of our unique drawing style. If that doesn't convince you, you have the option of booking our premium service when you place your order. We will send you the embroidery template in advance. If you have any change requests, we will process them until you are 100% satisfied. Since this represents an additional expenditure of time, this service costs €9.95
