Nicole Czech

Founder and managing director of LINIA UG

Grew up in a small town in Upper Franconia, worked as a visual merchandiser in a huge fashion company for 6 years while studying social work, moved to Nuremberg in my mid-twenties.

I've always been creative and fashion-conscious, but founding a company only came to my mind when I hand-embroidered my favorite family photo onto a sweater in December 2020. 25 hours of work and many band-aids later, the business idea developed, which I continued to develop until the founding of LINIA UG in July 2021.

With LINIA I want to capture the memories of my customers in a very individual and modern way. The reactions of my previous customers to the finished products show me that the emotions associated with the picture are being awakened again. That always touches me a lot.

And I'm happy when customers share their reaction videos on social media with me and the world. Simply a warm and unique moment!

Fairly produced goods have always been very important to me, which is why we have refrained from drop-shipping products (without guaranteed occupational safety). We produce our goods exclusively in Turkey, have visited the production facilities on site and convinced ourselves that all components of production (materials, occupational safety and health) are guaranteed.

It is extremely important to me that the customer recognizes his picture immediately, so when drawing the line art I pay attention to every characteristic detail that I integrate into the embroidery template. This is done lovingly by hand by me - there are no automatisms or computer programs. The entire embroidery design involves between 10,000 and 100,000 stitches, so the entire process from line art to finished product can take 5 hours.

I stand 100% behind our products, their quality and their uniqueness, which should awaken memories - according to our slogan:

LINIA – MEMORIES AS ART!

Choose your desired product and enjoy your memory as a work of art!
